Paint mixing systems for wall paints or car refinishes have long been available from well-stocked specialist retailers. SI Coating GmbH operates such a color mixing system, which is specially designed to meet the needs of coil coaters. Many hundreds of shades are immediately available or can be formulated and produced within a very short time. In addition to the usual batch sizes of 25 to 1000 kg, even the smallest quantities of one kilogram can be produced.

The mixing system we have installed already works without PFAS-containing components such as PTFE waxes. We will soon be able to provide an exact CO₂ footprint for each coil coating mixed varnish.
